Prince Adelaja Adeoye Vindicated: Forgery Allegations Exposed as Malicious Blackmail Attempt

Prince Adelaja Adeoye Vindicated: Forgery Allegations Exposed as Malicious Blackmail Attempt

Prince Adelaja Adeoye has just been honored at the 2024 City People Real Estate Awards for his outstanding leadership and transformative impact in Nigeria’s real estate industry.

Recent social media claims accusing Prince Adelaja Adeoye, Managing Director of Fendini Homes Ltd, of forgery and document falsification have been proven entirely false, misleading, and orchestrated with malicious intent. Independent sources and legal filings confirm that the allegations are part of a broader blackmail scheme by former associates who failed to unlawfully seize control of a real estate project he legitimately initiated.

According to reports, these individuals—once invited by Adeoye to collaborate on the Rayfield Gardens City Estate project—attempted to wrest control of the initiative through a company named Privus Crest Limited, linked to the younger brother of one of his former partners. After their failed takeover attempt, they allegedly launched an online smear campaign to undermine both the man and the multi-million naira development.

“This was a clear attempt to discredit a thriving project after all lawful avenues failed them,” a source close to the case said.

On June 14, 2025, Prince Adelaja Adeoye was arrested at the Force Headquarters in Abuja, following a petition filed by Sheriff Jimoh and Olanrewaju Ogundare. However, when called upon by the police to provide proof, the petitioners could not substantiate their claims before DCP Akin Fakorede, Head of the IGP Monitoring Unit.

Their petition, initially used to harass Adeoye through misleading information, quickly collapsed under scrutiny. Verified business documentation, partnership records with the Oyo State Government, and ownership validation of Fendini Homes Ltd confirmed Prince Adelaja’s complete exoneration.

Taking a stand against defamation, Prince Adelaja Adeoye, represented by the prestigious law firm Afe Babalola & Co., has filed a suit at the Federal High Court of Oyo State. The lawsuit seeks ₦20 million in damages and a public apology from the petitioners for spreading falsehoods and attempting to use the police for personal vendetta.

Prince Adelaja Adeoye remains unshaken in the face of provocation. He continues to oversee key real estate projects through Fendini Homes, emphasizing transparency, community development, and youth empowerment.

Relevant security agencies have also been petitioned to investigate those behind the defamatory campaign, including outlets that shared false news without verification. His team assures the public that the truth is documented and verifiable.

The public is advised to disregard defamatory content and trust due process. Prince Adelaja Adeoye, a beacon of youth empowerment, business leadership, and real estate innovation in Nigeria, will not be derailed by falsehoods rooted in envy and greed.

Leading the transformation of Nigerian real estate with initiatives like Rayfield Gardens City Estate. Bridging corporate success and civic service through innovative enterprise and youth empowerment.
