Rayfield Gardens City Estate Receives Certificate of Occupancy in Ibadan

Rayfield Gardens City Estate Receives Certificate of Occupancy in Ibadan

Prince Adelaja Adeoye has just been honored at the 2024 City People Real Estate Awards for his outstanding leadership and transformative impact in Nigeria’s real estate industry.

The Oyo State Government recently issued a Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) for the Rayfield Gardens City Estate project, located at Christopher Adebayo Alao-Akala GRA, Wofun, Monatan, Iwo Road area of Ibadan. This milestone, confirmed by Prince Adelaja Adeoye, President and CEO of Fendini Group, marks a significant achievement for the estate and its investors.

Rayfield Gardens City Estate, a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) initiative between Fendini Group and the Oyo State Government through OYSIPA, commenced full development in 2023. The estate aims to deliver over 400 housing units to address the state's housing needs.

Prince Adeoye highlighted significant progress at the estate, including infrastructure developments such as electricity, paved roads, solar-powered street lighting, perimeter fencing, smart CCTV cameras, premium security services, water drainage systems, and completed housing units ranging from classic to contemporary duplexes.

"We are committed to excellence, transparency, and providing high-quality services to our residents," said Prince Adeoye. "Our focus now shifts to issuing title documents to our subscribers as per our terms of offer. We appreciate our subscribers' trust and belief in our vision."

Prince Adeoye expressed gratitude to Governor Seyi Makinde for his visit to the estate in October 2024, where he inspected ongoing projects and praised the developer's efforts. He emphasized that Rayfield Gardens City Estate is quickly becoming the premier destination for luxury home seekers in Ibadan, citing its serene environment and reliable electricity supply as key attractions.

In addition to residential areas, the estate has established WestMead Mall and plans to expand its commercial offerings with a school, banking hall, hospital, hotel, and office complex. Prince Adeoye commended Governor Makinde for making Oyo State a favorable real estate investment destination, supported by sustainable development initiatives.

Prince Adeoye urged the Federal Government to emulate Oyo State's supportive environment for developers by implementing policies such as tax waivers on construction materials to facilitate affordable housing initiatives.

As a real estate expert with a Master's Degree in Property Development and Management, Prince Adeoye stressed the importance of collaboration between stakeholders and the government to enhance legal, economic, and regulatory frameworks protecting investments.

Governor Makinde reaffirmed his administration's commitment to safeguarding investors' interests during a meeting with AfCFTA Secretary General Wamkele Mene in June 2025, ensuring continuity and stability for investments in the state.

Rayfield Gardens City Estate offers more than just housing—it promises a comprehensive urban lifestyle in a secure, self-sustaining environment. Prospective buyers interested in luxury duplexes or plots are encouraged to visit and become part of this visionary community.
