Prince Laja Adeoye’s September 2025 Message: A Month of Grace, Growth, and Bold Decisions

Prince Laja Adeoye’s September 2025 Message: A Month of Grace, Growth, and Bold Decisions

Prince Adelaja Adeoye has just been honored at the 2024 City People Real Estate Awards for his outstanding leadership and transformative impact in Nigeria’s real estate industry.

Welcome to September 2025! Every new month brings a chance to reset, refocus, and rededicate ourselves to God’s purpose for our lives. As Prince Laja Adeoye declares, “Enjoy the unlimited grace of God this new month.” Grace empowers us to work hard, think boldly, and overcome challenges that may stand in our way.

This September, let us embrace both spiritual blessings and practical wisdom that help us live fully, prosper, and impact others positively.

One of the profound truths Prince Adeoye emphasizes is that “power usually bows to money.” Wealth, when built with discipline, provides influence and opportunities that mere authority cannot sustain. This month, we must remember that financial empowerment begins with wise investments, frugality, and delayed gratification.

Sacrificing short-term pleasures—whether it’s “drinking garri and kulikuli today” or cutting unnecessary expenses—positions us for long-term wealth, especially in assets like real estate that continue to appreciate over time.

Entrepreneurship is not for the faint-hearted. Adeoye reminds us that every serious entrepreneur eventually asks:

What is next?

How do I scale?

What strategy will give me an edge?

Where do I raise capital for growth?

This September, let us commit to facing these questions with logic and courage, not fear and excuses. The wealthy think boldly, take risks, and solve problems. The poor, on the other hand, often think emotionally and blame “spiritual attacks” for every setback.

Adeoye challenges us to rise above that mentality—be solution-driven, take responsibility, and be consistent in our pursuit of greatness.

Prince Adeoye’s words also remind us that leadership is about responsibility and foresight, not propaganda or reckless politicking. As he says, opposition should be about superior programmes, not lies.

For Nigerian leaders, especially governors, the call is to reduce dependence on FAAC allocations and instead build strong, self-sufficient states through investments, entrepreneurship, and innovation. Only then can they escape political manipulation and serve their people with true independence.

This new month, let us pray and advocate for leaders who prioritize the people, create opportunities for youth, and build sustainable systems for generations to come.

Grace is not only spiritual—it is also practical. Adeoye advises that once you are above 40, health must become a priority:

Cut alcohol by 90%

Increase water intake

Reduce sugar and carbs

Eat more vegetables and fiber

Sleep adequately

Live intentionally

This September, make deliberate lifestyle choices that will preserve your body, sharpen your mind, and sustain your vision. A wealthy, impactful life is useless without health to enjoy it.

Finally, Adeoye echoes Femi Otedola’s timeless lesson: “There is a time to be born, a time to die, but in between—don’t forget to live.”

Living means more than just working or chasing money. It means building relationships, making impact, and leaving a legacy. September is an opportunity to reset priorities, put God first, work with integrity, and ensure that every day counts.

As we step into this new month, let us remember:

God’s grace is unlimited.

Wealth comes from discipline and sacrifice.

Entrepreneurship requires logic and courage.

Leadership should serve, not manipulate.

Health and intentional living sustain greatness.

True living is found in purpose, not just existence.

From Prince Laja Adeoye:
“Enjoy the unlimited grace of God this September 2025. Take bold steps, embrace wisdom, and live fully. The month is yours to conquer.”
